The Problem & Goal
Project Objective : My goal was to create a clean and engaging online presence for SK Coif that would reflect the salon’s creative identity while simplifying client communication. The site had to inspire trust and display the hairstylist’s creations effectively.
Initial Problem Statement : Before this project, SK Coif had no digital platform to present its work or attract new clients online. There was a clear need for a well-structured website to showcase hairstyles and allow potential clients to reach out easily.
Target Audience : The site is aimed at local clients seeking a skilled hairstylist, especially those who look online for inspiration and want to book a session quickly. It also serves returning clients who need quick access to contact information or updated service visuals.
My Role & Tools
My Role : I independently designed, developed, and launched the entire website. From layout to color scheme, content structure, and responsive design, every element was created and customized by me using WordPress and Elementor.
Team / Context : This was a solo project where I acted as both designer and developer. I collaborated directly with the salon owner to gather content and ensure that the site aligned with the visual and functional needs of the business.
Technologies Used : The website was built using WordPress and customized through Elementor for intuitive design flexibility. I also used plugins for contact forms and image optimization to ensure smooth user experience and fast loading times.
